From Cindy’s living room. While her fiance serenades her with a voice that makes the house purr. Sound like silk, pure as pure cream, gliding over your senses like a swan gracefully settling on the water’s surface. People can fly to exotic places, sunbath under warm skies, drink cocktails fruity and ripe and I wonder if they wouldn’t feel this calming sense of peace. That’s what being at Cindy’s is like for me.

Friday night I was allowed to be in on something that I would have walked from California to be here for. Cindy getting engaged. And me being allowed to have my camera in hand the entire time. Thank goodness for autofocus because I do believe I bawled like a baby.
